    The Bohemian Way

Join us for a unique event that blends music, poetry and history at three iconic locations in Dublin city, using a specially-designed app to guide you through Dublin 7.

Experience the magic of the Phoenix Park Bandstand, the rich heritage of Grangegorman, and the legendary spirit of Dalymount Park. Let the sounds, words and stories take you on a journey through the heart, soul and future of Dublin as we launch the Bohemian Way.

Bohemian Football Club has a rich and storied history, built upon a foundation of community, inclusivity, and passion for the beautiful game. For over a century, Bohs have brought people together, inspiring a sense of belonging among fans, players, and the wider communities of Dublin 7.

Today, we face a new challenge that requires a similar spirit of collective action. The climate crisis threatens to upend our world as we know it, and we will only survive if we come together to tackle this existential challenge head-on.

On March 18th, we will launch the Bohemian Way, a new cultural experience that combines the rich history of Bohemian Football Club with a call to action on the climate crisis.

This event will include live music and poetry at three unique locations around Dublin 7, and a historical walking tour between the stages, using a specially-designed app to guide you through Dublin 7. As you explore, you will discover icons that reveal audio, video or physical installations relating to different aspects of the Bohemian Way

The Bohemian Way app will be available for free from the App Store and the Google Play store.

At its heart, the Bohemian Way is a celebration of the power of community. Just as Bohs have brought people together for generations, the Bohemian Way promises to unite individuals to create a collective force for good. Through the power of music, poetry and art, the Bohemian Way will comb through stories of the past to inspire a sense of shared purpose, reminding everyone of the incredible progress we can make when we come together.

If you’re looking for a unique experience during the Saint Patricks Festival, and wish to be part of something bigger than yourself, join us for the launch of the Bohemian Way. Whether you’re a lifelong Bohs fan, or simply someone who loves good music and cares about the future of our planet, then this is your chance to be part of something truly special.

The Bohemian Way is a Creative Climate Action project, funded by Creative Ireland and delivered in partnership with Dublin Bus, the Football Association of Ireland and Push Pull Media.

With thanks to the Office of Public Works for making the historical Bandstand available for the event.
