Dr Ken is a science presenter who developed his skills from on the job experiences in many complementary fields including street theatre, mime, teaching, television research and presenting. He has toured shows and workshops in schools, science and arts festivals worldwide. He provides bespoke days for schools at all key stages and delivers development programmes for educational professionals, academics and businesses. He is currently an honorary lecturer in science communication at the University of East Anglia.

Strong Women Science
Strong Women Science is a brand-new circus science show starring two women scientists turned circus performers. Aoife is an engineer, Maria an environmental scientist. Ever wanted to know how you balance a chair on your chin, if you can juggle liquid, or how circus performers eat fire? Strong Women Aoife (an engineer) and Maria (an environmental scientist) reveal the amazing science behind their astounding tricks.
Monday Shows: 4pm, 5pm
Simon Watt is President for Life of the Ugly Animal Preservation Society, which celebrates and explores the incredible biology of the animal kingdom’s most monstrous beasts. What adaptations make them amazing? How did such hideous creatures evolve in the first place? The show features videos, demonstrations and lots and lots of audience participation.
